Wir sind sehr erfreut. Insgesamt hat alles unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, da wir freundlich empfangen wurden.

Estuvimos en la habitación familiar, que dispone de terraza, y la estancia fue muy agradable. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tanto la cama como el sofá cama eran cómodos. Hacía mucho calor (ola de calor), pero haciendo corriente dormimos bien e incluso nos tapamos.

The owners of the structure (husband and wife) were very nice and extremely polite and friendly. They were always available and at our disposal for questions and help. I reccomend the structure also for families with children. The room and the bedware were impeccable clean and well organized. The bed mattress is of good quality and comfortable. We had our breakfast in a veranda near the swimming pool. The breakfast was very consistent and international. The ladyowner prepared delicious home-made Italian pastry cakes and italian expresso coffe and cappuccino. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. I would reccomend the structure for those who intend to visit Assissi. For the families: each room has also a small living room with the kitchen where you find everything for cooking : glasses, dishes, cuttlery, coffe maker , etc. The air-conditioning and the swimming pool access were non included in our smartbox. We had to pay them additionally but the costs were reasonable. We met Italian and foreign tourists in the structure. We enjoyed a lot our short and relaxing stay.

Sitio tranquilo, limpio y muy amables

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, proprietari molto gentili e anche il paesino è molto carino. Ottima la colazione in terrazza con brioche, crostate e panettoni realizzati dal proprietario. L’unico neo la stanza all’ultimo piano, perché l’aria condizionata non riusciva a raffreddare la cameretta dei bambini, dove c’era un ventilatore a soffitto che non era sufficiente, ma a parte questo tutto molto bello, spero di tornarci

Las instalaciones y el hotel muy bien. Los colchones y almohadas necesitan un cambio,de lo peor que me encontré para descansar, nos fuimos un día antes precisamente estábamos sin dormir. Por lo demás todo bien

Hotel carino, vicino alla spiaggia, personale gentile, colazione abbondante e fino a tardi.

The place is strategic and very panoramic but the room was old style and in need of renovation.
