Our reward philosophy is based on impact, responsibility, and transparency. Your total package is determined by three factors: the impact and level of responsibility of your role, benchmarking against the external market, and your continuous performance. These elements guide our yearly decisions on salary and package evolution. Through the Transparency 2025 initiative, each employee can clearly see their job level and their position within the salary band, ensuring fairness and visibility in how rewards are managed.
We believe flexibility drives balance and performance. For all office-based roles, employees can work 2–3 days remotely per week, organizing this in line with their location and team needs.
We put growth at the center of our culture. The Growth Mindset Program provides employees with multiple opportunities to learn, evolve, and share knowledge:
- Growth Navigator: an internal marketplace where employees can explore career opportunities, access training programs, or propose projects and learning initiatives.
- 4 Growth Days: four days per year fully dedicated to learning and development.

It combines practical training delivered by partners with experience in startups and scale-ups, with internal programs such as the Manager Hub, available through our Growth Navigator.
